Surah Ash-Shu'araa (26/114)

سُورَةُ الشُّعَرَاءِ

सूरह Ash-Shu'araa
1بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ طسٓمٓ
Translations
ता सीन मीम
Taa-Seeen-Meeem
Ta, Seen, Meem.
2تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ
Translations
ये वाज़ेए व रौशन किताब की आयतें है
Tilka Aayaatul Kitaabil Mubeen
These are the verses of the clear Book.
3لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٌۭ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
(ऐ रसूल) शायद तुम (इस फिक्र में) अपनी जान हलाक कर डालोगे कि ये (कुफ्फार) मोमिन क्यो नहीं हो जाते
La'allaka baakhi'un nafsaka allaa yakoonoo mu'mineen
Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers.
4إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةًۭ فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَٰقُهُمْ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ
Translations
अगर हम चाहें तो उन लोगों पर आसमान से कोई ऐसा मौजिज़ा नाज़िल करें कि उन लोगों की गर्दनें उसके सामने झुक जाएँ
In nashaa nunazzil 'alaihim minas samaaa'i Aayatan fazallat a'naaquhum lahaa khaadi'een
If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled.
5وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ
Translations
और (लोगों का क़ायदा है कि) जब उनके पास कोई कोई नसीहत की बात ख़ुदा की तरफ से आयी तो ये लोग उससे मुँह फेरे बगैर नहीं रहे
Wa maa yaateehim min zikrim minar Rahmaani muhdasin illaa kaanoo 'anhu mu'rideen
And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.
6فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا۟ فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُا۟ مَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
Translations
उन लोगों ने झुठलाया ज़रुर तो अनक़रीब ही (उन्हें) इस (अज़ाब) की हक़ीकत मालूम हो जाएगी जिसकी ये लोग हँसी उड़ाया करते थे
Faqad kazzaboo fasa yaateehim ambaaa'u maa kaanoo bihee yastahzi'oon
For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule.
7أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍۢ كَرِيمٍ
Translations
क्या इन लोगों ने ज़मीन की तरफ भी (ग़ौर से) नहीं देखा कि हमने हर रंग की उम्दा उम्दा चीजें उसमें किस कसरत से उगायी हैं
Awa lam yaraw ilal ardi kam ambatnaa feehaa min kulli zawjin kareem
Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind?
8إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
यक़ीनन इसमें (भी क़ुदरत) ख़ुदा की एक बड़ी निशानी है मगर उनमें से अक्सर ईमान लाने वाले ही नहीं
Inn fee zaalika la Aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
9وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमें शक नहीं कि तेरा परवरदिगार यक़ीनन (हर चीज़ पर) ग़ालिब (और) मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
10وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
Translations
(ऐ रसूल वह वक्त याद करो) जब तुम्हारे परवरदिगार ने मूसा को आवाज़ दी कि (इन) ज़ालिमों फिरऔन की क़ौम के पास जाओ (हिदायत करो)
Wa iz naadaa Rabbuka Moosaaa ani'-til qawmaz zaalimeen
And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
11قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ
Translations
क्या ये लोग (मेरे ग़ज़ब से) डरते नहीं है
Qawma Fir'awn; alaa yattaqoon
The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah?"
12قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ
Translations
मूसा ने अर्ज़ कि परवरदिगार मैं डरता हूँ कि (मुबादा) वह लोग मुझे झुठला दे
Qaala Rabbi inneee akhaafu ai yukazziboon
He said, "My Lord, indeed I fear that they will deny me
13وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِى وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِى فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَٰرُونَ
Translations
और (उनके झुठलाने से) मेरा दम रुक जाए और मेरी ज़बान (अच्छी तरह) न चले तो हारुन के पास पैग़ाम भेज दे (कि मेरा साथ दे)
Wa yadeequ sadree wa laa yantaliqu lisaanee fa arsil ilaa Haaroon
And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron.
14وَلَهُمْ عَلَىَّ ذَنۢبٌۭ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ
Translations
(और इसके अलावा) उनका मेरे सर एक जुर्म भी है (कि मैने एक शख्स को मार डाला था)
Wa lahum 'alaiya zambun fa akhaafu ai yaqtuloon
And they have upon me a [claim due to] sin, so I fear that they will kill me."
15قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ فَٱذْهَبَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ ۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسْتَمِعُونَ
Translations
तो मैं डरता हूँ कि (शायद) मुझे ये लाग मार डालें ख़ुदा ने कहा हरगिज़ नहीं अच्छा तुम दोनों हमारी निशानियाँ लेकर जाओ हम तुम्हारे साथ हैं
Qaala kallaa fazhabaa bi Aayaatinaaa innaa ma'akum mustami'oon
[Allah] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening.
16فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
और (सारी गुफ्तगू) अच्छी तरह सुनते हैं ग़रज़ तुम दोनों फिरऔन के पास जाओ और कह दो कि हम सारे जहाँन के परवरदिगार के रसूल हैं (और पैग़ाम लाएँ हैं)
Faatiyaa Fir'awna faqoolaaa innaa Rasoolu Rabbil 'aalameen
Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds,
17أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
Translations
कि आप बनी इसराइल को हमारे साथ भेज दीजिए
An arsil ma'anaa Baneee Israaa'eel
[Commanded to say], "Send with us the Children of Israel."'"
18قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًۭا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
Translations
(चुनान्चे मूसा गए और कहा) फिरऔन बोला (मूसा) क्या हमने तुम्हें यहाँ रख कर बचपने में तुम्हारी परवरिश नहीं की और तुम अपनी उम्र से बरसों हम मे रह सह चुके हो
Qaala alam nurabbika feenaa waleedanw wa labista feenaa min 'umurika sineen
[Pharaoh] said, "Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you remained among us for years of your life?
19وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
Translations
और तुम अपना वह काम (ख़ून क़िब्ती) जो कर गए और तुम (बड़े) नाशुक्रे हो
Wa fa'alta fa'latakal latee fa'alta wa anta minal kaafireen
And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful."
20قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَآ إِذًۭا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
Translations
मूसा ने कहा (हाँ) मैने उस वक्त उस काम को किया जब मै हालते ग़फलत में था
Qaala fa'altuhaaa izanw wa ana minad daaaleen
[Moses] said, "I did it, then, while I was of those astray.
21فَفَرَرْتُ مِنكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِى رَبِّى حُكْمًۭا وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
फिर जब मै आप लोगों से डरा तो भाग खड़ा हुआ फिर (कुछ अरसे के बाद) मेरे परवरदिगार ने मुझे नुबूवत अता फरमायी और मुझे भी एक पैग़म्बर बनाया
Fafarartu minkum lam maa khiftukum fawahaba lee Rabbee hukmanw wa ja'alanee minal mursaleen
So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers.
22وَتِلْكَ نِعْمَةٌۭ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَىَّ أَنْ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
Translations
और ये भी कोई एहसान हे जिसे आप मुझ पर जता रहे है कि आप ने बनी इसराईल को ग़ुलाम बना रखा है
Wa tilka ni'matun tamun nuhaa 'alaiya an 'abbatta Baneee Israaa'eel
And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel?"
23قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने पूछा (अच्छा ये तो बताओ) रब्बुल आलमीन क्या चीज़ है
Qaala Fir'awnu wa maa Rabbul 'aalameen
Said Pharaoh, "And what is the Lord of the worlds?"
24قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
Translations
मूसा ने कहाँ सारे आसमान व ज़मीन का और जो कुछ इन दोनों के दरमियान है (सबका) मालिक अगर आप लोग यक़ीन कीजिए (तो काफी है)
Qaala Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa in kuntum mooqineen
[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."
25قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسْتَمِعُونَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने उन लोगो से जो उसके इर्द गिर्द (बैठे) थे कहा क्या तुम लोग नहीं सुनते हो
Qaala liman hawlahooo alaa tastami'oon
[Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?"
26قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
Translations
मूसा ने कहा (वही ख़ुदा जो कि) तुम्हारा परवरदिगार और तुम्हारे बाप दादाओं का परवरदिगार है
Qaala Rabbukum wa Rabbu aabaaa'ikumul awwaleen
[Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers."
27قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ لَمَجْنُونٌۭ
Translations
फिरऔन ने कहा (लोगों) ये रसूल जो तुम्हारे पास भेजा गया है हो न हो दीवाना है
Qaala inna Rasoolakumul lazee ursila ilaikum lamajnoon
[Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad."
28قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقِ وَٱلْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
Translations
मूसा ने कहा (वह ख़ुदा जो) पूरब पश्चिम और जो कुछ इन दोनों के दरमियान (सबका) मालिक है अगर तुम समझते हो (तो यही काफी है)
Qaala Rabbul mashriqi wal maghribi wa maa baina humaa in kuntum ta'qiloon
[Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."
29قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذْتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيْرِى لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمَسْجُونِينَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने कहा अगर तुम मेरे सिवा किसी और को (अपना) ख़ुदा बनाया है तो मै ज़रुर तुम्हे कैदी बनाऊँगा
Qaala la'init takhazta ilaahan ghairee la aj'alannaka minal masjooneen
[Pharaoh] said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned."
30قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَىْءٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ
Translations
मूसा ने कहा अगरचे मैं आपको एक वाजेए व रौशन मौजिज़ा भी दिखाऊ (तो भी)
Qaala awalw ji'tuka bishai'im mubeen
[Moses] said, "Even if I brought you proof manifest?"
31قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِۦٓ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने कहा (अच्छा) तो तुम अगर (अपने दावे में) सच्चे हो तो ला दिखाओ
Qaala faati biheee in kunta minas saadiqeen
[Pharaoh] said, "Then bring it, if you should be of the truthful."
32فَأَلْقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ ثُعْبَانٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ
Translations
बस (ये सुनते ही) मूसा ने अपनी छड़ी (ज़मीन पर) डाल दी फिर तो यकायक वह एक सरीही अज़दहा बन गया
Fa alqaa 'asaahu fa izaaa hiya su'baanum mubeen
So [Moses] threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent manifest.
33وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِىَ بَيْضَآءُ لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ
Translations
और (जेब से) अपना हाथ बाहर निकाला तो यकायक देखने वालों के वास्ते बहुत सफेद चमकदार था
Wa naza'a yadahoo faizaa hiya baidaaa'u linnaa zireen
And he drew out his hand; thereupon it was white for the observers.
34قَالَ لِلْمَلَإِ حَوْلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٌۭ
Translations
(इस पर) फिरऔन अपने दरबारियों से जो उसके गिर्द (बैठे) थे कहने लगा
Qaala lilmala-i hawlahooo inna haazaa lasaahirun 'aleem
[Pharaoh] said to the eminent ones around him, "Indeed, this is a learned magician.
35يُرِيدُ أَن يُخْرِجَكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِۦ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ
Translations
कि ये तो यक़ीनी बड़ा खिलाड़ी जादूगर है ये तो चाहता है कि अपने जादू के ज़ोर से तुम्हें तुम्हारे मुल्क से बाहर निकाल दे तो तुम लोग क्या हुक्म लगाते हो
Yureedu ai yukhrijakum min ardikum bisihrihee famaazaa taamuroon
He wants to drive you out of your land by his magic, so what do you advise?"
36قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبْعَثْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
Translations
दरबारियों ने कहा अभी इसको और इसके भाई को (चन्द) मोहलत दीजिए
Qaalooo arjih wa akhaahu wab'as filmadaaa'ini haashireen
They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
37يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍۢ
Translations
और तमाम शहरों में जादूगरों के जमा करने को हरकारे रवाना कीजिए कि वह लोग तमाम बड़े बड़े खिलाड़ी जादूगरों की आपके सामने ला हाज़िर करें
Yaatooka bikulli sah haarin 'aleem
Who will bring you every learned, skilled magician."
38فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوْمٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ
Translations
ग़रज़ वक्ते मुकर्रर हुआ सब जादूगर उस मुक़र्रर के वायदे पर जमा किए गए
Fa jumi'as saharatu limeeqaati Yawmim ma'loom
So the magicians were assembled for the appointment of a well-known day.
39وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّجْتَمِعُونَ
Translations
और लोगों में मुनादी करा दी गयी कि तुम लोग अब भी जमा होगे
Wa qeela linnaasi hal antum mujtami'oon
And it was said to the people, "Will you congregate
40لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ
Translations
या नहीं ताकि अगर जादूगर ग़ालिब और वर है तो हम लोग उनकी पैरवी करें
La'allanaa nattabi'us saharata in kaanoo humul ghaalibeen
That we might follow the magicians if they are the predominant?"
41فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا۟ لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحْنُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ
Translations
अलग़रज जब सब जादूगर आ गये तो जादूगरों ने फिरऔन से कहा कि अगर हम ग़ालिब आ गए तो हमको यक़ीनन कुछ इनाम (सरकार से) मिलेगा
Falammaa jaaa'as saharatu qaaloo li Fir'awna a'inna lanaa la ajjran in kunnaa nahnul ghaalibeen
And when the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, "Is there indeed for us a reward if we are the predominant?"
42قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ إِذًۭا لَّمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने कहा हा (ज़रुर मिलेगा) और (इनाम क्या चीज़ है) तुम उस वक्त (मेरे) मुकररेबीन (बारगाह) से हो गए
Qaala na'am wa innakum izal laminal muqarrabeen
He said, "Yes, and indeed, you will then be of those near [to me]."
43قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلْقُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ
Translations
मूसा ने जादूगरों से कहा (मंत्र व तंत्र) जो कुछ तुम्हें फेंकना हो फेंको
Qaala lahum Moosaaa alqoo maaa antum mulqoon
Moses said to them, "Throw whatever you will throw."
44فَأَلْقَوْا۟ حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا۟ بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ
Translations
इस पर जादूगरों ने अपनी रस्सियाँ और अपनी छड़ियाँ (मैदान में) डाल दी और कहने लगे फिरऔन के जलाल की क़सम हम ही ज़रुर ग़ालिब रहेंगे
Fa alqaw hibaalahum wa 'isiyyahum wa qaaloo bi'izzati Fir'awna innaa lanahnul ghaaliboon
So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant."
45فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ
Translations
तब मूसा ने अपनी छड़ी डाली तो जादूगरों ने जो कुछ (शोबदे) बनाए थे उसको वह निगलने लगी
Fa alqaa Moosaa 'asaahu fa izaa hiya talqafu maa yaafikoon
Then Moses threw his staff, and at once it devoured what they falsified.
46فَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَٰجِدِينَ
Translations
ये देखते ही जादूगर लोग सजदे में (मूसा के सामने) गिर पडे
Fa ulqiyas saharatu saajideen
So the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah].
47قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
और कहने लगे हम सारे जहाँ के परवरदिगार पर ईमान लाए
Qaalooo aamannaa bi Rabbil 'aalameen
They said, "We have believed in the Lord of the worlds,
48رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ
Translations
जो मूसा और हारुन का परवरदिगार है
Rabbi Moosaa wa Haaroon
The Lord of Moses and Aaron."
49قَالَ ءَامَنتُمْ لَهُۥ قَبْلَ أَنْ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَٰفٍۢ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Translations
फिरऔन ने कहा (हाए) क़ब्ल इसके कि मै तुम्हें इजाज़त दूँ तुम इस पर ईमान ले आए बेशक ये तुम्हारा बड़ा (गुरु है जिसने तुम सबको जादू सिखाया है तो ख़ैर) अभी तुम लोगों को (इसका नतीजा) मालूम हो जाएगा कि हम यक़ीनन तुम्हारे एक तरफ के हाथ और दूसरी तरफ के पाँव काट डालेगें और तुम सब के सब को सूली देगें
Qaala aamantum lahoo qabla an aazana lakum innahoo lakabeerukumul lazee 'alla makumus sihra falasawfa ta'lamoon; la uqatti'anna aidiyakum wa arjulakum min khilaafinw wa la usallibanna kum ajma'een
[Pharaoh] said, "You believed Moses before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic, but you are going to know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all."
50قَالُوا۟ لَا ضَيْرَ ۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ
Translations
वह बोले कुछ परवाह नही हमको तो बहरहाल अपने परवरदिगार की तरफ लौट कर जाना है
Qaaloo la daira innaaa ilaa Rabbinaa munqalliboon
They said, "No harm. Indeed, to our Lord we will return.
51إِنَّا نَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
हम चँकि सबसे पहले ईमान लाए है इसलिए ये उम्मीद रखते हैं कि हमारा परवरदिगार हमारी ख़ताएँ माफ कर देगा
Innaa natma'u ai yaghfira lanaa Rabbunna khataa yaanaaa an kunnaaa awwalal mu'mineen
Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."
52۞ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِىٓ إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ
Translations
और हमने मूसा के पास वही भेजी कि तुम मेरे बन्दों को लेकर रातों रात निकल जाओ क्योंकि तुम्हारा पीछा किया जाएगा
Wa awhainaaa ilaa Moosaaa an asri bi'ibaadeee innakum muttaba'oon
And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued."
53فَأَرْسَلَ فِرْعَوْنُ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
Translations
तब फिरऔन ने (लश्कर जमा करने के ख्याल से) तमाम शहरों में (धड़ा धड़) हरकारे रवाना किए
Fa arsala Fir'awnu filmadaaa'ini haashireen
Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers
54إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَشِرْذِمَةٌۭ قَلِيلُونَ
Translations
(और कहा) कि ये लोग मूसा के साथ बनी इसराइल थोड़ी सी (मुट्ठी भर की) जमाअत हैं
Inna haaa'ulaaa'i lashir zimatun qaleeloon
[And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band,
55وَإِنَّهُمْ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُونَ
Translations
और उन लोगों ने हमें सख्त गुस्सा दिलाया है
Wa innahum lanaa laghaaa'izoon
And indeed, they are enraging us,
56وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَٰذِرُونَ
Translations
और हम सबके सब बा साज़ों सामान हैं
Wa innaa lajamee'un haaziroon
And indeed, we are a cautious society... "
57فَأَخْرَجْنَٰهُم مِّن جَنَّٰتٍۢ وَعُيُونٍۢ
Translations
(तुम भी आ जाओ कि सब मिलकर ताअककुब (पीछा) करें)
Fa akhrajnaahum min Jannaatinw wa 'uyoon
So We removed them from gardens and springs
58وَكُنُوزٍۢ وَمَقَامٍۢ كَرِيمٍۢ
Translations
ग़रज़ हमने इन लोगों को (मिस्र के) बाग़ों और चश्मों और खज़ानों और इज्ज़त की जगह से (यूँ) निकाल बाहर किया
Wa kunoozinw wa ma qaamin kareem
And treasures and honorable station -
59كَذَٰلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَٰهَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
Translations
(और जो नाफरमानी करे) इसी तरह सज़ा होगी और आख़िर हमने उन्हीं चीज़ों का मालिक बनी इसराइल को बनाया
Kazaalika wa awrasnaahaa Baneee Israaa'eel
Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel.
60فَأَتْبَعُوهُم مُّشْرِقِينَ
Translations
ग़रज़ (मूसा) तो रात ही को चले गए
Fa atba'oohum mushriqeen
So they pursued them at sunrise.
61فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ
Translations
और उन लोगों ने सूरज निकलते उनका पीछा किया तो जब दोनों जमाअतें (इतनी करीब हुयीं कि) एक दूसरे को देखने लगी तो मूसा के साथी (हैरान होकर) कहने लगे
Falammaa taraaa'al jam'aani qaala as haabu Moosaaa innaa lamudrakoon
And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!"
62قَالَ كَلَّآ ۖ إِنَّ مَعِىَ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ
Translations
कि अब तो पकड़े गए मूसा ने कहा हरगिज़ नहीं क्योंकि मेरे साथ मेरा परवरदिगार है
Qaala kallaaa inna ma'iya Rabbee sa yahdeen
[Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me."
63فَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضْرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلْبَحْرَ ۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرْقٍۢ كَٱلطَّوْدِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Translations
वह फौरन मुझे कोई (मुखलिसी का) रास्ता बता देगा तो हमने मूसा के पास वही भेजी कि अपनी छड़ी दरिया पर मारो (मारना था कि) फौरन दरिया फुट के टुकड़े टुकड़े हो गया तो गोया हर टुकड़ा एक बड़ा ऊँचा पहाड़ था
Fa awhainaaa ilaa Moosaaa anidrib bi'asaakal bahra fanfalaqa fakaana kullu firqin kattawdil 'azeem
Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain.
64وَأَزْلَفْنَا ثَمَّ ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ
Translations
और हमने उसी जगह दूसरे फरीक (फिरऔन के साथी) को क़रीब कर दिया
Wa azlafnaa sammal aakhareen
And We advanced thereto the pursuers.
65وَأَنجَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ
Translations
और मूसा और उसके साथियों को हमने (डूबने से) बचा लिया
Wa anjainaa Moosaa wa mam ma'ahooo ajma'een
And We saved Moses and those with him, all together.
66ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ
Translations
फिर दूसरे फरीक़ (फिरऔन और उसके साथियों) को डुबोकर हलाक़ कर दिया
Summa aghraqnal aakhareen
Then We drowned the others.
67إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
बेशक इसमें यक़ीनन एक बड़ी इबरत है और उनमें अक्सर ईमान लाने वाले ही न थे
Inna fee zaalika la Aayaah; wa maa kaana aksaru hu mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
68وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमें तो शक ही न था कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार यक़ीनन (सब पर) ग़ालिब और बड़ा मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
69وَٱتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
Translations
और (ऐ रसूल) उन लोगों के सामने इबराहीम का किस्सा बयान करों
Watlu 'alaihim naba-a Ibraaheem
And recite to them the news of Abraham,
70إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ
Translations
जब उन्होंने अपने (मुँह बोले) बाप और अपनी क़ौम से कहा
Iz qaala li abeehi wa qawmihee maa ta'budoon
When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"
71قَالُوا۟ نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًۭا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَٰكِفِينَ
Translations
कि तुम लोग किसकी इबादत करते हो तो वह बोले हम बुतों की इबादत करते हैं और उन्हीं के मुजाविर बन जाते हैं
Qaaloo na'budu asnaaman fanazallu lahaa 'aakifeen
They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
72قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ
Translations
इबराहीम ने कहा भला जब तुम लोग उन्हें पुकारते हो तो वह तुम्हारी कुछ सुनते हैं
Qaala hal yasma'oona kum iz tad'oon
He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?
73أَوْ يَنفَعُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَضُرُّونَ
Translations
या तम्हें कुछ नफा या नुक़सान पहुँचा सकते हैं
Aw yanfa'oonakum aw yadurroon
Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
74قَالُوا۟ بَلْ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ
Translations
कहने लगे (कि ये सब तो कुछ नहीं) बल्कि हमने अपने बाप दादाओं को ऐसा ही करते पाया है
Qaaloo bal wajadnaaa aabaaa 'anaa kazaalika yaf'aloon
They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
75قَالَ أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
Translations
इबराहीम ने कहा क्या तुमने देखा भी कि जिन चीज़ों कीे तुम परसतिश करते हो
Qaala afara 'aitum maa kuntum ta'budoon
He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
76أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلْأَقْدَمُونَ
Translations
या तुम्हारे अगले बाप दादा (करते थे) ये सब मेरे यक़ीनी दुश्मन हैं
Antum wa aabaaa'ukumul aqdamoon
You and your ancient forefathers?
77فَإِنَّهُمْ عَدُوٌّۭ لِّىٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
मगर सारे जहाँ का पालने वाला जिसने मुझे पैदा किया (वही मेरा दोस्त है)
Fa innahum 'aduwwwul leee illaa Rabbal 'aalameen
Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
78ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَنِى فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ
Translations
फिर वही मेरी हिदायत करता है
Allazee khalaqanee fa Huwa yahdeen
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
79وَٱلَّذِى هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِى وَيَسْقِينِ
Translations
और वह शख्स जो मुझे (खाना) खिलाता है और मुझे (पानी) पिलाता है
Wallazee Huwa yut'imunee wa yasqeen
And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
80وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
Translations
और जब बीमार पड़ता हूँ तो वही मुझे शिफा इनायत फरमाता है
Wa izaa mardtu fahuwa yashfeen
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
81وَٱلَّذِى يُمِيتُنِى ثُمَّ يُحْيِينِ
Translations
और वह वही हेै जो मुझे मार डालेगा और उसके बाद (फिर) मुझे ज़िन्दा करेगा
Wallazee yumeetunee summa yuhyeen
And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life
82وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لِى خَطِيٓـَٔتِى يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ
Translations
और वह वही है जिससे मै उम्मीद रखता हूँ कि क़यामत के दिन मेरी ख़ताओं को बख्श देगा
Wallazeee atma'u ai yaghfira lee khateee' atee Yawmad Deen
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
83رَبِّ هَبْ لِى حُكْمًۭا وَأَلْحِقْنِى بِٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
Translations
परवरदिगार मुझे इल्म व फहम अता फरमा और मुझे नेकों के साथ शामिल कर
Rabbi hab lee hukmanw wa alhiqnee bis saaliheen
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
84وَٱجْعَل لِّى لِسَانَ صِدْقٍۢ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ
Translations
और आइन्दा आने वाली नस्लों में मेरा ज़िक्रे ख़ैर क़ायम रख
Waj'al lee lisaana sidqin fil aakhireen
And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
85وَٱجْعَلْنِى مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Translations
और मुझे भी नेअमत के बाग़ (बेहश्त) के वारिसों में से बना
Waj'alnee minw warasati Jannnatin Na'eem
And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
86وَٱغْفِرْ لِأَبِىٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
Translations
और मेरे (मुँह बोले) बाप (चचा आज़र) को बख्श दे क्योंकि वह गुमराहों में से है
Waghfir li abeee innahoo kaana mind daalleen
And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
87وَلَا تُخْزِنِى يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Translations
और जिस दिन लोग क़ब्रों से उठाए जाएँगें मुझे रुसवा न करना
Wa laa tukhzinee Yawma yub'asoon
And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected -
88يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌۭ وَلَا بَنُونَ
Translations
जिस दिन न तो माल ही कुछ काम आएगा और न लड़के बाले
Yawma laa yanfa'u maalunw wa laa banoon
The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
89إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍۢ سَلِيمٍۢ
Translations
मगर जो शख्स ख़ुदा के सामने (गुनाहों से) पाक दिल लिए हुए हाज़िर होगा (वह फायदे में रहेगा)
Illaa man atal laaha biqalbin saleem
But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."
90وَأُزْلِفَتِ ٱلْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
Translations
और बेहश्त परहेज़ गारों के क़रीब कर दी जाएगी
Wa uzlifatil Jannatu lilmuttaqeen
And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous.
91وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلْجَحِيمُ لِلْغَاوِينَ
Translations
और दोज़ख़ गुमराहों के सामने ज़ाहिर कर दी जाएगी
Wa burrizatil Jaheemu lilghaaween
And Hellfire will be brought forth for the deviators,
92وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
Translations
और उन लोगों (अहले जहन्नुम) से पूछा जाएगा कि ख़ुदा को छोड़कर जिनकी तुम परसतिश करते थे (आज) वह कहाँ हैं
Wa qeela lahum aina maa kuntum ta'budoon
And it will be said to them, "Where are those you used to worship
93مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلْ يَنصُرُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَنتَصِرُونَ
Translations
क्या वह तुम्हारी कुछ मदद कर सकते हैं या वह ख़ुद अपनी आप बाहम मदद कर सकते हैं
Min doonil laahi hal yansuroonakum aw yantasiroon
Other than Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?"
94فَكُبْكِبُوا۟ فِيهَا هُمْ وَٱلْغَاوُۥنَ
Translations
फिर वह (माबूद) और गुमराह लोग और शैतान का लशकर
Fakubkiboo feehaa hum walghaawoon
So they will be overturned into Hellfire, they and the deviators
95وَجُنُودُ إِبْلِيسَ أَجْمَعُونَ
Translations
(ग़रज़ सबके सब) जहन्नुम में औधें मुँह ढकेल दिए जाएँगे
Wa junoodu Ibleesa ajma'oon
And the soldiers of Iblees, all together.
96قَالُوا۟ وَهُمْ فِيهَا يَخْتَصِمُونَ
Translations
और ये लोग जहन्नुम में बाहम झगड़ा करेंगे और अपने माबूद से कहेंगे
Qaaloo wa hum feehaa yakkhtasimoon
They will say while they dispute therein,
97تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِى ضَلَٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍ
Translations
ख़ुदा की क़सम हम लोग तो यक़ीनन सरीही गुमराही में थे
Tallaahi in kunnaa lafee dalaalim mubeen
"By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error
98إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
कि हम तुम को सारे जहाँन के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा) के बराबर समझते रहे
Iz nusawweekum bi Rabbil 'aalameen
When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds.
99وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
Translations
और हमको बस (उन) गुनाहगारों ने (जो मुझसे पहले हुए) गुमराह किया
Wa maaa adallanaaa illal mujrimoon
And no one misguided us except the criminals.
100فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ
Translations
तो अब तो न कोई (साहब) मेरी सिफारिश करने वाले हैं
Famaa lanaa min shaa fi'een
So now we have no intercessors
101وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٍۢ
Translations
और न कोई दिलबन्द दोस्त हैं
Wa laa sadeeqin hameem
And not a devoted friend.
102فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةًۭ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
तो काश हमें अब दुनिया में दोबारा जाने का मौक़ा मिलता तो हम (ज़रुर) ईमान वालों से होते
Falaw anna lanaa karratan fanakoona minal mu'mineen
Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers... "
103إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
इबराहीम के इस किस्से में भी यक़ीनन एक बड़ी इबरत है और इनमें से अक्सर ईमान लाने वाले थे भी नहीं
Inna fee zaalika la Aayatanw wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
104وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमे तो शक ही नहीं कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार (सब पर) ग़ालिब और बड़ा मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
105كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
(यूँ ही) नूह की क़ौम ने पैग़म्बरो को झुठलाया
Kazzabat qawmu Noohinil Mursaleen
The people of Noah denied the messengers
106إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Translations
कि जब उनसे उन के भाई नूह ने कहा कि तुम लोग (ख़ुदा से) क्यों नहीं डरते मै तो तुम्हारा यक़ीनी अमानत दार पैग़म्बर हूँ
Iz qaala lahum akhoohum Noohun alaa tattaqoon
When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
107إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌۭ
Translations
तुम खुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Innee lakum Rasoolun ameen
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
108فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
और मैं इस (तबलीग़े रिसालत) पर कुछ उजरत तो माँगता नहीं
Fattaqullaaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
109وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
मेरी उजरत तो बस सारे जहाँ के पालने वाले ख़ुदा पर है
Wa maaa as'alukum 'alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa 'alaa Rabbil 'aalameen
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
110فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो ख़ुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो वह लोग बोले जब कमीनो मज़दूरों वग़ैरह ने (लालच से) तुम्हारी पैरवी कर ली है
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me."
111۞ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلْأَرْذَلُونَ
Translations
तो हम तुम पर क्या ईमान लाएं
Qaalooo anu'minu laka wattaba 'akal arzaloon
They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?"
112قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِى بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
Translations
नूह ने कहा ये लोग जो कुछ करते थे मुझे क्या ख़बर (और क्या ग़रज़)
Qaala wa maa 'ilmee bimaa kaanoo ya'maloon
He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?
113إِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّى ۖ لَوْ تَشْعُرُونَ
Translations
इन लोगों का हिसाब तो मेरे परवरदिगार के ज़िम्मे है
In hisaabuhum illaa 'alaa Rabbee law tash'uroon
Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive.
114وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
काश तुम (इतनी) समझ रखते और मै तो ईमानदारों को अपने पास से निकालने वाला नहीं
Wa maaa ana bitaaridil mu'mineen
And I am not one to drive away the believers.
115إِنْ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ
Translations
मै तो सिर्फ (अज़ाबे ख़ुदा से) साफ साफ डराने वाला हूँ
In ana illaa nazeerum mubeen
I am only a clear warner."
116قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْجُومِينَ
Translations
वह लोग कहने लगे ऐ नूह अगर तुम अपनी हरकत से बाज़ न आओगे तो ज़रुर संगसार कर दिए जाओगे
Qaaloo la'il lam tantahi yaa Noohu latakoonanna minal marjoomeen
They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."
117قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى كَذَّبُونِ
Translations
नूह ने अर्ज की परवरदिगार मेरी क़ौम ने यक़ीनन मुझे झुठलाया
Qaala Rabbi inna qawmee kazzaboon
He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me.
118فَٱفْتَحْ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَتْحًۭا وَنَجِّنِى وَمَن مَّعِىَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
तो अब तू मेरे और इन लोगों के दरमियान एक क़तई फैसला कर दे और मुझे और जो मोमिनीन मेरे साथ हें उनको नजात दे
Faftab bainee wa bai nahum fat hanw wa najjinee wa mam ma'iya minal mu'mineen
Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers."
119فَأَنجَيْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ
Translations
ग़रज़ हमने नूह और उनके साथियों को जो भरी हुई कश्ती में थे नजात दी
Fa anjainaahu wa mamma'ahoo fil fulkil mashhoon
So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship.
120ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ ٱلْبَاقِينَ
Translations
फिर उसके बाद हमने बाक़ी लोगों को ग़रक कर दिया
Summa aghraqnaa ba'dul baaqeen
Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones.
121إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
बेशक इसमे भी यक़ीनन बड़ी इबरत है और उनमें से बहुतेरे ईमान लाने वाले ही न थे
Inna fee zaalika la Aayaah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
122وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमें तो शक ही नहीं कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार (सब पर) ग़ालिब मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
123كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
(इसी तरह क़ौम) आद ने पैग़म्बरों को झुठलाया
Kazzabat 'Aadunil mursaleen
'Aad denied the messengers
124إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Translations
जब उनके भाई हूद ने उनसे कहा कि तुम ख़ुदा से क्यों नही डरते
Iz qaala lahum akhoohum Hoodun alaa tattaqoon
When their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
125إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌۭ
Translations
मैं तो यक़ीनन तुम्हारा अमानतदार पैग़म्बर हूँ
Innee lakum Rasoolun ameen
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
126فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो ख़ुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqullaaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
127وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
मै तो तुम से इस (तबलीग़े रिसालत) पर कुछ मज़दूरी भी नहीं माँगता मेरी उजरत तो बस सारी ख़ुदायी के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा) पर है
Wa maa as'alukum 'alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa 'alaa Rabbil 'aalameen
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
128أَتَبْنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةًۭ تَعْبَثُونَ
Translations
तो क्या तुम ऊँची जगह पर बेकार यादगारे बनाते फिरते हो
Atabnoona bikulli ree'in aayatan ta'basoon
Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves,
129وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَخْلُدُونَ
Translations
और बड़े बड़े महल तामीर करते हो गोया तुम हमेशा (यहीं) रहोगे
Wa tattakhizoona masaani'a la'allakum takhludoon
And take for yourselves palaces and fortresses that you might abide eternally?
130وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ
Translations
और जब तुम (किसी पर) हाथ डालते हो तो सरकशी से हाथ डालते हो
Wa izaa batashtum batashtum jabbaareen
And when you strike, you strike as tyrants.
131فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो तुम ख़ुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
132وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Translations
और उस शख्स से डरो जिसने तुम्हारी उन चीज़ों से मदद की जिन्हें तुम खूब जानते हो
Wattaqul lazeee amad dakum bimaa ta'lamoon
And fear He who provided you with that which you know,
133أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنْعَٰمٍۢ وَبَنِينَ
Translations
अच्छा सुनो उसने तुम्हारे चार पायों और लड़के बालों वग़ैरह और चश्मों से मदद की
Amaddakum bi an'aa minw wa baneen
Provided you with grazing livestock and children
134وَجَنَّٰتٍۢ وَعُيُونٍ
Translations
मै तो यक़ीनन तुम पर
Wa jannaatinw wa 'uyoon
And gardens and springs.
135إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍۢ
Translations
एक बड़े (सख्त) रोज़ के अज़ाब से डरता हूँ
Innee akhaafu 'alaikum 'azaaba Yawmin 'azeem
Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day."
136قَالُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْوَٰعِظِينَ
Translations
वह लोग कहने लगे ख्वाह तुम नसीहत करो या न नसीहत करो हमारे वास्ते (सब) बराबर है
Qaaloo sawaaa'un 'alainaaa awa 'azta am lam takum minal waa'izeen
They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors.
137إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
Translations
ये (डरावा) तो बस अगले लोगों की आदत है
In haazaaa illaa khuluqul awwaleen
This is not but the custom of the former peoples,
138وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
Translations
हालाँकि हम पर अज़ाब (वग़ैरह अब) किया नहीं जाएगा
Wa maa nahnu bimu 'azzabeen
And we are not to be punished."
139فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
ग़रज़ उन लोगों ने हूद को झुठला दिया तो हमने भी उनको हलाक कर डाला बेशक इस वाक़िये में यक़ीनी एक बड़ी इबरत है आर उनमें से बहुतेरे ईमान लाने वाले भी न थे
Fakazzaboohu fa ahlaknaahum; inna fee zaalika la aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
And they denied him, so We destroyed them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
140وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमें शक नहीं कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार यक़ीनन (सब पर) ग़ालिब (और) बड़ा मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
141كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
(इसी तरह क़ौम) समूद ने पैग़म्बरों को झुठलाया
Kazzabat Samoodul mursaleen
Thamud denied the messengers
142إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Translations
जब उनके भाई सालेह ने उनसे कहा कि तुम (ख़ुदा से) क्यो नहीं डरते
Iz qaala lahum akhoohum Saalihun alaa tattaqoon
When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
143إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌۭ
Translations
मैं तो यक़ीनन तुम्हारा अमानतदार पैग़म्बर हूँ
Innee lakum Rasoolun ameen
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
144فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो खुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
145وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
और मै तो तुमसे इस (तबलीगे रिसालत) पर कुछ मज़दूरी भी नहीं माँगता- मेरी मज़दूरी तो बस सारी ख़ुदाई के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा पर है)
Wa maaa as'alukum 'alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa 'alaa Rabbil 'aalameen
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
146أَتُتْرَكُونَ فِى مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ
Translations
क्या जो चीजें यहाँ (दुनिया में) मौजूद है
Atutrakoona fee maa haahunnaaa aamineen
Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death],
147فِى جَنَّٰتٍۢ وَعُيُونٍۢ
Translations
बाग़ और चश्में और खेतिया और छुहारे जिनकी कलियाँ लतीफ़ व नाज़ुक होती है
Fee jannaatinw wa 'uyoon
Within gardens and springs
148وَزُرُوعٍۢ وَنَخْلٍۢ طَلْعُهَا هَضِيمٌۭ
Translations
उन्हीं मे तुम लोग इतमिनान से (हमेशा के लिए) छोड़ दिए जाओगे
Wa zuroo inw wa nakhlin tal 'uhaa hadeem
And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit?
149وَتَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًۭا فَٰرِهِينَ
Translations
और (इस वजह से) पूरी महारत और तकलीफ के साथ पहाड़ों को काट काट कर घर बनाते हो
Wa tanhitoona minal jibaali buyootan faariheen
And you carve out of the mountains, homes, with skill.
150فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो ख़ुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
151وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ
Translations
और ज्यादती करने वालों का कहा न मानों
Wa laa tutee'ooo amral musrifeen
And do not obey the order of the transgressors,
152ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Translations
जो रुए ज़मीन पर फ़साद फैलाया करते हैं और (ख़राबियों की) इसलाह नहीं करते
Allazeena yufsidoona fil ardi wa laa yuslihoon
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
153قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ
Translations
वह लोग बोले कि तुम पर तो बस जादू कर दिया गया है (कि ऐसी बातें करते हो)
Qaalooo innamaa anta minal musahhareen
They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.
154مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌۭ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Translations
तुम भी तो आख़िर हमारे ही ऐसे आदमी हो पस अगर तुम सच्चे हो तो कोई मौजिज़ा हमारे पास ला (दिखाओ)
Maaa anta illaa basharum mislunaa faati bi Aayatin in kunta minas saadiqeen
You are but a man like ourselves, so bring a sign, if you should be of the truthful."
155قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٌۭ لَّهَا شِرْبٌۭ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ
Translations
सालेह ने कहा- यही ऊँटनी (मौजिज़ा) है एक बारी इसके पानी पीने की है और एक मुक़र्रर दिन तुम्हारे पीने का
Qaala haazihee naaqatul lahaa shirbunw w alakum shirbu yawmim ma'loom
He said, "This is a she-camel. For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day.
156وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٍۢ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍۢ
Translations
और इसको कोई तकलीफ़ न पहुँचाना वरना एक बड़े (सख्त) ज़ोर का अज़ाब तुम्हे ले डालेगा
Wa laa tamassoohaa bisooo'in fa yaakhuzakum 'azaabu Yawmin 'Azeem
And do not touch her with harm, lest you be seized by the punishment of a terrible day."
157فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ نَٰدِمِينَ
Translations
इस पर भी उन लोगों ने उसके पाँव काट डाले और (उसको मार डाला) फिर ख़़ुद पशेमान हुए
Fa'aqaroohaa fa asbahoo naadimeen
But they hamstrung her and so became regretful.
158فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
फिर उन्हें अज़ाब ने ले डाला-बेशक इसमें यक़ीनन एक बड़ी इबरत है और इनमें के बहुतेरे ईमान लाने वाले भी न थे
Fa akhazahumul 'azaab; inna fee zaalika la Aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum m'mineen
And the punishment seized them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
159وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमें शक ही नहीं कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार (सब पर) ग़ालिब और मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
160كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
इसी तरह लूत की क़ौम ने पैग़म्बरों को झुठलाया
kazzabat qawmu Lootinil mursaleen
The people of Lot denied the messengers
161إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Translations
जब उनके भाई लूत ने उनसे कहा कि तुम (ख़ुदा से) क्यों नहीं डरते
Iz qaala lahum akhoohum Lootun alaa tattaqoon
When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
162إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌۭ
Translations
मै तो यक़ीनन तुम्हारा अमानतदार पैग़म्बर हूँ तो ख़ुदा से डरो
Innee lakum rasoolun ameen
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
163فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
164وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
और मै तो तुमसे इस (तबलीगे रिसालत) पर कुछ मज़दूरी भी नहीं माँगता मेरी मज़दूरी तो बस सारी ख़ुदायी के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा) पर है
Wa maaa as'alukum 'alaihi min ajrin in ajriya illaa 'alaa Rabbil 'aalameen

165أَتَأْتُونَ ٱلذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
क्या तुम लोग (शहवत परस्ती के लिए) सारे जहाँ के लोगों में मर्दों ही के पास जाते हो
Ataatoonaz zukraana minal 'aalameen
Do you approach males among the worlds
166وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَٰجِكُم ۚ بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ
Translations
और तुम्हारे वास्ते जो बीवियाँ तुम्हारे परवरदिगार ने पैदा की है उन्हें छोड़ देते हो (ये कुछ नहीं) बल्कि तुम लोग हद से गुज़र जाने वाले आदमी हो
Wa tazaroona maa khalaqa lakum Rabbukum min azwaajikum; bal antum qawmun 'aadoon
And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing."
167قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْرَجِينَ
Translations
उन लोगों ने कहा ऐ लूत अगर तुम बाज़ न आओगे तो तुम ज़रुर निकल बाहर कर दिए जाओगे
Qaloo la'il lam tantahi yaa Lootu latakoonanna minal mukhrajeen
They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."
168قَالَ إِنِّى لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلْقَالِينَ
Translations
लूत ने कहा मै यक़ीनन तुम्हारी (नाशाइसता) हरकत से बेज़ार हूँ
Qaala innee li'amalikum minal qaaleen
He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest [it].
169رَبِّ نَجِّنِى وَأَهْلِى مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
Translations
(और दुआ की) परवरदिगार जो कुछ ये लोग करते है उससे मुझे और मेरे लड़कों को नजात दे
Rabbi najjjinee wa ahlee mimmmaa ya'maloon
My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do."
170فَنَجَّيْنَٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ
Translations
तो हमने उनको और उनके सब लड़कों को नजात दी
Fanajjainaahu wa ahlahooo ajma'een
So We saved him and his family, all,
171إِلَّا عَجُوزًۭا فِى ٱلْغَٰبِرِينَ
Translations
मगर (लूत की) बूढ़ी औरत कि वह पीछे रह गयी
Illaa 'ajoozan filghaabireen
Except an old woman among those who remained behind.
172ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ
Translations
(और हलाक हो गयी) फिर हमने उन लोगों को हलाक कर डाला
Summa dammarnal aa khareen
Then We destroyed the others.
173وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًۭا ۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ
Translations
और उन पर हमने (पत्थरों का) मेंह बरसाया तो जिन लोगों को (अज़ाबे ख़ुदा से) डराया गया था
Wa amtarnaa 'alaihim mataran fasaaa'a matarul munzareen
And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned.
174إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
उन पर क्या बड़ी बारिश हुई इस वाक़िये में भी एक बड़ी इबरत है और इनमें से बहुतेरे ईमान लाने वाले ही न थे
Inna fee zaalika la Aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
175وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और इसमे तो शक ही नहीं कि तुम्हारा परवरदिगार यक़ीनन सब पर ग़ालिब (और) बड़ा मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
176كَذَّبَ أَصْحَٰبُ لْـَٔيْكَةِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Translations
इसी तरह जंगल के रहने वालों ने (मेरे) पैग़म्बरों को झुठलाया
Kazzaba As haabul Aykatil mursaleen
The companions of the thicket denied the messengers
177إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Translations
जब शुएब ने उनसे कहा कि तुम (ख़ुदा से) क्यों नहीं डरते
Iz qaala lahum Shu'aybun alaa tattaqoon
When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?
178إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌۭ
Translations
मै तो बिला शुबाह तुम्हारा अमानदार हूँ
Innee lakum Rasoolun ameen
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
179فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Translations
तो ख़ुदा से डरो और मेरी इताअत करो
Fattaqul laaha wa atee'oon
So fear Allah and obey me.
180وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
मै तो तुमसे इस (तबलीग़े रिसालत) पर कुछ मज़दूरी भी नहीं माँगता मेरी मज़दूरी तो बस सारी ख़ुदाई के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा) के ज़िम्मे है

181۞ أَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْسِرِينَ
Translations
तुम (जब कोई चीज़ नाप कर दो तो) पूरा पैमाना दिया करो और नुक़सान (कम देने वाले) न बनो
Awful kaila wa laa takoonoo minal mukhsireen
Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss.
182وَزِنُوا۟ بِٱلْقِسْطَاسِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ
Translations
और तुम (जब तौलो तो) ठीक तराज़ू से डन्डी सीधी रखकर तौलो
Wa zinoo bilqistaasil mustaqeem
And weigh with an even balance.
183وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا۟ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشْيَآءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
Translations
और लोगों को उनकी चीज़े (जो ख़रीदें) कम न ज्यादा करो और ज़मीन से फसाद न फैलाते फिरो
Wa laa tabkhasun naasa ashyaaa 'ahum wa laa ta'saw fil ardi mufsideen
And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.
184وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلْجِبِلَّةَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
Translations
और उस (ख़ुदा) से डरो जिसने तुम्हे और अगली ख़िलकत को पैदा किया
Wattaqul lazee khalaqakum waljibillatal awwaleen
And fear He who created you and the former creation."
185قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ
Translations
वह लोग कहने लगे तुम पर तो बस जादू कर दिया गया है (कि ऐसी बातें करते हों)
Qaalooo innamaa anta minal musahhareen
They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.
186وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌۭ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ
Translations
और तुम तो हमारे ही ऐसे एक आदमी हो और हम लोग तो तुमको झूठा ही समझते हैं
Wa maaa anta illaa basharum mislunaa wa innazunnuka laminal kaazibeen
You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars.
187فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Translations
तो अगर तुम सच्चे हो तो हम पर आसमान का एक टुकड़ा गिरा दो
Fa asqit 'alainaa kisafam minas samaaa'i in kunta minas saadiqeen
So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful."
188قَالَ رَبِّىٓ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Translations
और शुएब ने कहा जो तुम लोग करते हो मेरा परवरदिगार ख़ूब जानता है
Qaala Rabbeee a'lamu bimaa ta'maloon
He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do."
189فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Translations
ग़रज़ उन लोगों ने शुएब को झुठलाया तो उन्हें साएबान (अब्र) के अज़ाब ने ले डाला- इसमे शक नहीं कि ये भी एक बड़े (सख्त) दिन का अज़ाब था
Fakazzaboohu fa akhazahum 'azaabu Yawmiz zullah; innahoo kaana 'azaaba Yawmin 'Azeem
And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day.
190إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
इसमे भी शक नहीं कि इसमें (समझदारों के लिए) एक बड़ी इबरत है और उनमें के बहुतेरे ईमान लाने वाले ही न थे
Inna fee zaalika la Aayah; wa maa kaana aksaruhum mu'mineen
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
191وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Translations
और बेशक तुम्हारा परवरदिगार यक़ीनन (सब पर) ग़ालिब (और) बड़ा मेहरबान है
Wa inna Rabbaka la huwal 'Azeezur Raheem
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
192وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translations
और (ऐ रसूल) बेशक ये (क़ुरान) सारी ख़ुदायी के पालने वाले (ख़ुदा) का उतारा हुआ है
Wa innahoo latanzeelu Rabbil 'aalameen
And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds.
193نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلْأَمِينُ
Translations
जिसे रुहुल अमीन (जिबरील) साफ़ अरबी ज़बान में लेकर तुम्हारे दिल पर नाज़िल हुए है
Nazala bihir Roohul Ameen
The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down
194عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنذِرِينَ
Translations
ताकि तुम भी और पैग़म्बरों की तरह
'Alaa qalbika litakoona minal munzireen
Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners -
195بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِىٍّۢ مُّبِينٍۢ
Translations
लोगों को अज़ाबे ख़ुदा से डराओ
Bilisaanin 'Arabiyyim mubeen
In a clear Arabic language.
196وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِى زُبُرِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
Translations
और बेशक इसकी ख़बर अगले पैग़म्बरों की किताबों मे (भी मौजूद) है
Wa innahoo lafee Zuburil awwaleen
And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples.
197أَوَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ ءَايَةً أَن يَعْلَمَهُۥ عُلَمَٰٓؤُا۟ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
Translations
क्या उनके लिए ये कोई (काफ़ी) निशानी नहीं है कि इसको उलेमा बनी इसराइल जानते हैं
Awalam yakul lahum Aayatan ai ya'lamahoo 'ulamaaa'u Baneee Israaa'eel
And has it not been a sign to them that it is recognized by the scholars of the Children of Israel?
198وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ
Translations
और अगर हम इस क़ुरान को किसी दूसरी ज़बान वाले पर नाज़िल करते
Wa law nazzalnaahu 'alaa ba'dil a'jameen
And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
199فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
और वह उन अरबो के सामने उसको पढ़ता तो भी ये लोग उस पर ईमान लाने वाले न थे
Faqara ahoo 'alaihim maa kaanoo bihee mu'mineen
And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it.
200كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Translations
इसी तरह हमने (गोया ख़ुद) इस इन्कार को गुनाहगारों के दिलों में राह दी
Kazaalika salaknaahu fee quloobil mujrimeen
Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals.
201لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ
Translations
ये लोग जब तक दर्दनाक अज़ाब को न देख लेगें उस पर ईमान न लाएँगे
Laa yu'minoona bihee hattaa yarawul 'azaabal aleem
They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment.
202فَيَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةًۭ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Translations
कि वह यकायक इस हालत में उन पर आ पडेग़ा कि उन्हें ख़बर भी न होगी
Fayaatiyahum baghtatanw wa hum laa yash'uroon
And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not.
203فَيَقُولُوا۟ هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنظَرُونَ
Translations
(मगर जब अज़ाब नाज़िल होगा) तो वह लोग कहेंगे कि क्या हमें (इस वक्त क़ुछ) मोहलत मिल सकती है
Fa yaqooloo hal nahnu munzaroon
And they will say, "May we be reprieved?"
204أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
Translations
तो क्या ये लोग हमारे अज़ाब की जल्दी कर रहे हैं
Aafabi 'azaabinaa yasta'jiloon
So for Our punishment are they impatient?
205أَفَرَءَيْتَ إِن مَّتَّعْنَٰهُمْ سِنِينَ
Translations
तो क्या तुमने ग़ौर किया कि अगर हम उनको सालो साल चैन करने दे
Aara'aita im matta'naahum sineen
Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for years
206ثُمَّ جَآءَهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
Translations
उसके बाद जिस (अज़ाब) का उनसे वायदा किया जाता है उनके पास आ पहुँचे
Summa jaaa'ahum maa kaanoo yoo'adoon
And then there came to them that which they were promised?
207مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُمَتَّعُونَ
Translations
तो जिन चीज़ों से ये लोग चैन किया करते थे कुछ भी काम न आएँगी
Maaa aghnaaa 'anhum maa kaanoo yumaatoo'oon
They would not be availed by the enjoyment with which they were provided.
208وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ
Translations
और हमने किसी बस्ती को बग़ैर उसके हलाक़ नहीं किया कि उसके समझाने को (पहले से) डराने वाले (पैग़म्बर भेज दिए) थे
Wa maaa ahlaknaa min qaryatin illaa lahaa munziroon
And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
209ذِكْرَىٰ وَمَا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ
Translations
और हम ज़ालिम नहीं है
Zikraa wa maa kunnaa zaalimeen
As a reminder; and never have We been unjust.
210وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتْ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
Translations
और इस क़ुरान को शयातीन लेकर नाज़िल नही हुए
Wa maa tanazzalat bihish Shayaateen
And the devils have not brought the revelation down.
211وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لَهُمْ وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ
Translations
और ये काम न तो उनके लिए मुनासिब था और न वह कर सकते थे
Wa maa yambaghee lahum wa maa yastatee'oon
It is not allowable for them, nor would they be able.
212إِنَّهُمْ عَنِ ٱلسَّمْعِ لَمَعْزُولُونَ
Translations
बल्कि वह तो (वही के) सुनने से महरुम हैं
Innahum 'anis sam'i lama'zooloon
Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed.
213فَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُعَذَّبِينَ
Translations
(ऐ रसूल) तुम ख़ुदा के साथ किसी दूसरे माबूद की इबादत न करो वरना तुम भी मुबतिलाए अज़ाब किए जाओगे
Falaa tad'u ma'al laahi ilaahan aakhara fatakoona minal mu'azzabeen
So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished.
214وَأَنذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ
Translations
और (ऐ रसूल) तुम अपने क़रीबी रिश्तेदारों को (अज़ाबे ख़ुदा से) डराओ
Wa anzir 'asheeratakal aqrabeen
And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred.
215وَٱخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Translations
और जो मोमिनीन तुम्हारे पैरो हो गए हैं उनके सामने अपना बाजू झुकाओ
Wakhfid janaahaka limanit taba 'aka minal mu'mineen
And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers.
216فَإِنْ عَصَوْكَ فَقُلْ إِنِّى بَرِىٓءٌۭ مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
Translations
(तो वाज़ेए करो) पस अगर लोग तुम्हारी नाफ़रमानी करें तो तुम (साफ साफ) कह दो कि मैं तुम्हारे करतूतों से बरी उज़ ज़िम्मा हूँ
Fa in asawka faqul innee bareee'um mimmmaa ta'maloon
And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing."
217وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Translations
और तुम उस (ख़ुदा) पर जो सबसे (ग़ालिब और) मेहरबान है
Wa tawakkal alal 'Azeezir Raheem
And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,
218ٱلَّذِى يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
Translations
भरोसा रखो कि जब तुम (नमाजे तहज्जुद में) खड़े होते हो
Allazee yaraaka heena taqoom
Who sees you when you arise
219وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِى ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ
Translations
और सजदा
Wa taqallubaka fis saajideen
And your movement among those who prostrate.
220إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
Translations
करने वालों (की जमाअत) में तुम्हारा फिरना (उठना बैठना सजदा रुकूउ वगैरह सब) देखता है
Innahoo Huwas Samee'ul 'Aleem
Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
221هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
Translations
बेशक वह बड़ा सुनने वाला वाक़िफ़कार है क्या मै तुम्हें बता दूँ कि शयातीन किन लोगों पर नाज़िल हुआ करते हैं
Hal unabbi'ukum 'alaa man tanazzalush Shayaateen
Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?
222تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍۢ
Translations
(लो सुनो) ये लोग झूठे बद किरदार पर नाज़िल हुआ करते हैं
Tanazzalu 'alaa kulli affaakin aseem
They descend upon every sinful liar.
223يُلْقُونَ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَٰذِبُونَ
Translations
जो (फ़रिश्तों की बातों पर कान लगाए रहते हैं) कि कुछ सुन पाएँ
Yulqoonas sam'a wa aksaruhum aaziboon
They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars.
224وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلْغَاوُۥنَ
Translations
हालाँकि उनमें के अक्सर तो (बिल्कुल) झूठे हैं और शायरों की पैरवी तो गुमराह लोग किया करते हैं
Washshu 'araaa'u yattabi 'uhumul ghaawoon
And the poets - [only] the deviators follow them;
225أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّهُمْ فِى كُلِّ وَادٍۢ يَهِيمُونَ
Translations
क्या तुम नहीं देखते कि ये लोग जंगल जंगल सरगिरदॉ मारे मारे फिरते हैं
Alam tara annahum fee kulli waadiny yaheemoon
Do you not see that in every valley they roam
226وَأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ
Translations
और ये लोग ऐसी बाते कहते हैं जो कभी करते नहीं
Wa annahum yaqooloona ma laa yaf'aloon
And that they say what they do not do? -
227إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَذَكَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًۭا وَٱنتَصَرُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا۟ ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَىَّ مُنقَلَبٍۢ يَنقَلِبُونَ
Translations
मगर (हाँ) जिन लोगों ने ईमान क़ुबूल किया और अच्छे अच्छे काम किए और क़सरत से ख़ुदा का ज़िक्र किया करते हैं और जब उन पर ज़ुल्म किया जा चुका उसके बाद उन्होंनें बदला लिया और जिन लोगों ने ज़ुल्म किया है उन्हें अनक़रीब ही मालूम हो जाएगा कि वह किस जगह लौटाए जाएँगें
Illal lazeena aamanoo w a'amilus saalihaati wa zakarul laaha kaseeranw wantasaroo mim ba'di maa zulimoo; wa saya'lamul lazeena zalamooo aiya munqalbiny yanqaliboon
Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah often and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.
